Hollow to cavity cost

Building an extension - 250 square feet. Lots of glass, only about 350 blocks required. Was going to be 9" hollow with 80mm dry line, now switching to 100mm block, 100mm cavity, 100mm block.

Builder wants extra 1300 to build in cavity, as wider foundations, ties, blocks, time, etc. - this seem ok?

Ye this seems to be about right. He might be pushing the boat out a bit on the €1300 but there are extra charges involved for the 300mm work. Try bargain with him and im sure he will do it for €1000 in the end he wont loose the job over it any way.
