Does anyone who is on salary get holiday pay. Also If any annual leave hasn't been taken for years. Does it accumulate!

Employees who are paid monthly do not get 'holiday-pay' paid in advance, nor do employees who get paid every 28 days (13 paydays per year)

Weekly paid employees will usually get paid holiday pay paid in advance at their basic rate for the week(s) concerned.

There is a narrow window to take last year's unspent leave in the current leave year, usually by prior arrangement. I have never heard of unspent leave accumulating over several years. Space cadets, time-travellers and those, like Robinson Crusoe, marooned on tropical islands may be exceptions.

1. Yes, you are entitled to holiday pay.
2. Mathepac is cracking on with an issue re holiday pay in advance. The OP said nothing about holiday pay in advance.
3. Annual Leave usually is not allowed to accumulate unless you have a prior arrangement with your employer.
4. Twofor1 offered a good website where your holiday entitlement can be seen.

Organisation of Working Time Act [broken link removed] covers some of this. Employers must be seen to encourage and facilitate staff taking all earned holidays, so most will now limit the ability to accrue holidays over a number of years.
