Holiday money

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this but can someone tell me when I leave work soon am I entitled to pay for all my 28 days holidays which are in the bank from the start of the year, or do you have to work so much of the year in order to be entitled to full pay of all the days, thanks.

Hi Domper,


If your annual entitlement is 28 days and you work for half a year and take no annual leave then you are entitled to get paid for 14 days on your departure.
