Holding Back Pay Increase

our employers made agreements to pay us ALL wage increases in the national wage agreementif we started working flexible hours for them!we started last year and have always kept our side of the bargain,they gave us the first increase but have not paid the second,2 1/2%! can they do this after entering a verbal agreement with us to pay it and can we now stop the flexitime?? please help!!!!

Are you Unionised ?? , maybe you could check this route as this is NWA issue.

Did your bosses give you reasons for non payment, anything change in business recently, lost customers etc ....

You are not contractually obligated to work flexi-time, but maybe a better tactic would be to look for something in return as company has reneged on NWA agreement promise.
