Hello, Seán here from Dingle. I've used Hillcrest also. Got the windows installed in 07. Firstly, the windows do look good, but, after that, it's all problems. I don't think that the company value their customers, I've being trying to get someone at the company to call me back for the past three weeks, as i've got some problems with the windows and they still haven't called me back. I was dealing with a guy called Chris, but, he's now left the company (god help any company that subsequently employ Chris, he was useless), they now have another guy working there, and during my initial conversations with him, he seemed the opposite of Chris, but, now, i'm not so sure, again, i just dont think that they value their customers, not returning calls is very poor customer service. I was told that i would have someone from the company on site to fix the problems "within three weeks", that was about two months ago, and still nothing. To end, their products do look well, but, customer service is not good, in fact, it's terrible. If they do come and fix the problems, i'll post again. If anybody want to message me and have a chat about their windows, that won't be a problem.
