its a nice area, when I lived in rivervalley, I had heard at one stage, that the houses around the front (the semi detached ones ) used to be annoyed by the young teenagers hanging around out in the green late at night, but as far as I know I think the Garda sorted out that problem..
Havent heard any BAD reports about that estate, and lived around the area for a few years
