A friend has just moved into a second hand apartment. Immersion is not working. It looks totally different to anything I have seen before. Previous occupant has disconnected electrical wires to the cylinder above. It has a manufacture date of 2016 so must have been recently installed but alas she or I have no clue how to switch it on or if wires should even be connected ? I have pictures but am not sure how to post them. There is a separate blue globe cylinder slightly above and to the right of the main cylinder as well as a lump which is working. Anyone have a clue about how this works ? Sorry we are out of our depth. Should we call an electrician first ?
