You might want to do a Google for the terms "Herbalife" and (as in scheme) or . Wikipedia also have an article on them.

Personally I would proceed with extreme caution - if at all. Who is "offering" you this opportunity?

Its a Network marketing business....despite the sales pitch, network marketing is not for everyone, it is tough work & has some level of financial gain if you are successful.

Some would argue that this and many other businesses presented as "network marketing" operations are, in fact, plain old pyramid schemes/scams. One way or another treat this with caution.
