Help with Terms and Conditions for new Service Business

Hi,

I am setting up a new professional services business. I need someone to help me construct a Terms and Conditions (including covering intellectual property) for the use of my services and Terms and Conditions for the use of my website. I am having difficulty figuring out who to go to about this.

Have you tried your local Enterprise Office?, they can give very good advice on starting a business and also give grant aid, including for websites.

Yes, I did speak with them, but they could not help me with it. They said that I should luck up some firms online that might help me out. I was hoping I might get a little more direction from them.
