Help with Mortgage Interest supplement

I have been put on a 3day week and husband was made redundant. We were advised to claim for Mortgage Interest Supplement! I have got the form to get filled in by the lending agency, is this our Bank PTSB or the broker we went through to get the mortgage??

Your bank should complete the application form rather than the broker.

Thanks left it in with the bank this evening.

Anyone any idea of how long it takes the CWO to process applications and make a decission one way or the other?
