I need some help, I am nearly finished filling out the social housing for for my dad and can't get the hpl1 form signed and stamped in the tax office as he has previously had a mortgage, but no longer owns a property and the housing authority won't accept the application without this form filled out, have been to citizens information and they didn't have a solution, any help much appreciated
