Probably chancing my arm here but we took out or original mortgage with AIB in 2005, can’t remember if we were offered a tracker or not. I was probably the guy on the bus at that stage. Topped up in 2006 and the top up was placed on a tracker, pretty sure we didn’t request it or discuss it.
Anywho, I suppose just wondering if there is any point in checking if we should have gotten the tracker on the original, as you can imagine this is the most costly.
