I am currently working and have been for the past 7 years, but will be ceasing my employment to return to college in September 2007. I have been accepted into College in Dublin to complete a BA in Photography. Due to the fact that this course is not covered by the free fee initiative and therefore I am also not entitled to a student grant either (something that I was not aware of an oversight on my behalf), I am having some concerns regarding my financial situation over the next three years. Also I would possibly have to move to Dublin and rent.
Can anyone advise if I am entitled to apply for any social welfare assistance or any other financial assistance? - while attending college, until I find a part time job once settled! Or if I can claim back my stamps - please advise.
