All,
Your help would be greatly appreciated on the following:
I'm looking to estimate the cost of renovating a run down 3 bed semi in Galway by the following line items:
1) House currently has electric storage heaters so will need to be plumbed for radiators and an oil boiler bought and installed
2) 3 bedrooms and sitting room carpeted,
3) landing and hall wood floored,
4) kitchen tiled
5) whole house painted
In particular I would like an estimation in the cost of installing the radiators/boiler/tank for the OFCH!
