Help on Buying Property

I am currently looking at buying an apartment in the Dublin Area but would consider the Leixlip, Maynooth area. I am a second time buyer & have 260k max to spend.

Could anyone advise on any area's or new developments that would be in my money bracket??

Given that both Leixlip and Maynooth are served by rail, you will do very well to find something for €260k in either town.

The property prices in the locations you specified would not come near what you have as they are served by rail and are both nice towns. I grew up not far from there and noticed it's mad money there now. You will probably have to go alot further to purchase a property within your budget. Good luck with it!.
