Help Calculating Annual Leave please

Hi all,
hoping as always for help with a predicament.
Tyring to calcualte annual leave entitlements which changed mid year on on 20th April due to employers illness.

Person A:
Jan to April: Worked 3 day week / 4 day week rotation
(eg. Wk 1 - 3 days, Wk 2 - 4 days, Wk3 - 3 days, Wk 4 - 4 days etc)
20th April to Dec - 3 day week

Person B:
Jan to April Worked 5 day week
20th April to Dec - 4 day week

Working day for both: 9am to 5pm, 1 hr lunch break.

Can anyone help confirm the exact annual leave enititlements for both with these changes mid-year?

I have tried but there is a discrepancy with the employee's etc that I would like to resolve asap.

I truely appreciate all help, many thanks in advance.

For Person A, this leave could be influenced by section 222 of the Employment Rights Act 1996: as Person A worked variable hours between Jan & April, if leave was taken in this period (or the following 12 weeks), the calculations will be based on the average hours of the previous 12 weeks.

I calculate Person B's leave to be 24 days leave for the year.

Under Irish law, you are entitled to a minimum of 1 day (or 8 hours) off for every 100 hours worked but this is capped at a maximum of 20 days (or 160 hours) a year

By my calculations Person A is entitled to 13.12 days and Person B to 17.92 days.

Doesn't matter if you call the working day 7 hours (depending on whether you include the lunch hour), it will still work out the same because you will be only giving 7 hour holidays for each day off in that case
