Help - Advisor to help on Rental Income

Can anyone recommend an advisor (cenreal Dublin or close by if possible) to belatedly help me sort out income tax issues? Mea culpa here. For the last two tax years I've rented out my previous PPR (for approx 6 mths per year), but need to regularise this with the Revenue. I have all receipts etc for repairs, re-painting, etc and (roughly) calculate that (with MIR), either no tax (or a very small amount) should be payable for the first year (and a very small amount for the year just gone), but I need an advisor who can look at the paperwork and, ideally, approach Revenue to plead my case if that is necessary. I want to put everything on an even keel as the house will now hopefully be rented out at least 10/11 months a year, and I'm about to rent out my existing PPR when I move to a third house shortly.

Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks very much.

is an accountant who specialises in property. Read a few of his posts and if you like his style, why not email him. I would suspect that you won't get any accountant to talk to you during this month as they are all busy making returns for their existing clients.
