Heir, not got nothing.

While cleaning out my late mothers personal effects, I discovered a 40 year old probate document sent to me in care of her as I was a minor at the time. The document was about my grandmother's estate and property, Pasadena, CA. Other relatives were listed as heirs, however, they are no longer living. The property was sold, I have not idea when and I NEVER received any money.

What can I do about this at present time?
