I am non-resident but still ordinarily resident in Ireland having emigrated 3 years ago. I have Irish rental and dividend income and am also still liable for tax on interest earned outside Ireland (given Irish 'ordinary-residency' status)
In calculating my tax liability, do I have to pay the Health Levy (2%)?
My notice of assessment for 2004 deducted this levy at 2%
