Health insurance renewal Be Fit 1

My renewal is due on 1st April. I've got Irish Life be fit 1 for the last 3 years( I find it covers my needs). However commentators suggest if you don't change policy every few years you're probably losing out(penalised for inertia?) But my premium is the same as last year €1288.

So my premium is not creeping up, therfore am I losing out because there are newer plans providing same/similar cover but lower price?
Any advice appreciated. Thanks

John

Hopefully these prices will stay intact until April. Any price changes will be posted on the Health Insurance Authority website/ latest news
in the coming week.

Thanks a million for that Snowyb!
I most likely change to simply connect based on this, you've saved me €188:)
