Motor Have insurance on camper, who will insure me on second vehicle?

Hi there

I have a full unblemished license for 35 yrs

6 yrs ago I sold my car & bought a camper.

I have full no claims bonus

I have never had a crash or a claim

I now have bought a micra, value €1000 & want to insure it 3rd party fire&theft

I will be only person insured

Getting it insured is proving difficult

Any one else meet this problem & how did you sort it out?

Have you looked at making the Micra your primary vehicle and the camper as your secondary? I mean, transfer your NCB to the Micra and get standalone insurance for the camper.

according to this website, camper insurance should be about 330 euro...

From what I have seen, insurance companies want me to have had one years insurance as a named driver, which I don't have

Somehow my personal camper insurance or personal motorbike insurance doesnþ seem to count towards no claims bonus etc

Wev a camper n countary to what you read extremely easy to insure..dolmen...

iv a business from home n terrible hard get a company to quote house insurance....I have to ring always n eventually get it sorted over the phone...have you rang all companies...

You cannot use ur NCB on 2 vehicles.
