Have First Active Offset customers received March's rate cut?

I have a First Active Offset mortgage, which is a tracker variable rate. I haven't received notification of March's ECB rate cut being passed on yet. Before I contact them, have any other FA Offset customers received notification?

the rate was applied,
i think there is a problem with the letters going out.
they were probably released in stages.
it was applied on the 18th mar
the next rate reduction will be the 15th apr
