Has KBC withdrawn the right of existing customers to get the new customers' rates?

Back in December, KBC announced that existing customers could get the new customer rates, but the website does not reflect this.


KBC's Mortgage Rates page says:"Whether you're looking to buy, move or switch your mortgage to KBC...", gives the rates and then says:

"Rates for existing KBC Mortgage customers can be found here. The tables below represent new business rates."




KBC's page for existing customers says

Top Up customers can now avail of our New Residential Primary Mortgage Fixed and Variable Rates, on the new lending portion of the loan.

It appears that it's just their website which is out of date.

They issued a press releases on 28th April

KBC Bank Ireland enhances mortgage offering for customers

"The competitive new rates will be available for both new customers of KBC, and current KBC mortgage customers, whether on a variable rate or at the end of an existing fixed term rate. "
