Bank of Ireland Has anyone with a BoI staff tracker complaint received an Ombudsman's decision?

A few people have submitted complaints recently to the Ombudsman.

Bank of Ireland has a big advantage over the customer in that they can see how the Ombudsman has ruled on these cases in the past, but the customers don't see this.

I think that there is a risk of people making a complaint based on an argument which the Ombudsman has already dismissed.

So I would be very interested in hearing actual Ombudsman's decisions whether they were made under Bill Prasifka or Ger Deering.

I am not interested in hearing from people who are currently before the Ombudsman.
