I was wondering if anybody has recently been approved for a council loan to purchase a property.
Myself and my partner would like to use this option ((well we dont have much choice)) as the banks wont give us the amount we are looking for due to the fact we have 3 children and she is on a ce scheme.
Anything in response will be appriciated and any advice welcomed.
