If so do they send out a closing statement?

I am almost through the process of switching to Ulsterbank and the cheque was issued only this week, but the original redemption figure was done about 2 months ago, which I did not get from First American at the time and I want to make sure that I don't overpay EBS for the following 2 months.
 
We did a switch from EBS to NIB a few months ago and they did send out a closing statement and a cheque for the amount overpaid.
 
Yes. got a closing statement, a letter thanking me for the business and a cheque. Very easy.
 
Grand, I got a letter from first american and a cheque because I drew down more than the original and I expect a few more quid from EBS soon. I also cleared a bank loan and they automatically deposited the overpayment into my bank account.
