Hi! everyone, Country Cousin looking at a two bedroomed apartment in Harcourt Green as an investment, but also for his daugher who hopes to start college in Dublin in October. Likley the other three children will also follow in this direction. Is this development a good investment or not? Thanks.

hi. is this the estate opposite the flats? i had a friend who lived there few years ago. from what i remember they wre nice apts. definitely handy for daughter going to any of the dubln colleges and a great location close to city centre, ranleagh, rathmines...i would say a good option....dunno whether there would be good value to be had though

My sis lived in one of those apartments. It was nice a little small but It seems all dublin apartments are in and around that size. Close to luas.
