Heya, quick question. Our income is just short of the limit imposed by HAP. So is it possible to just mark down that the rent is lower than it is if the landlord agrees?
Is there anyway that can come back and bite us in the ass? In short, my income falls short of the rent cost on the property to receive any help, im trying to bridge the gap.
As a side note our income was too high to receive rent allowance and now it's too low for HAP. Glorious, soon to be on the streets at this rate
