Guys,

I have a new tenant in a property that is coming from homeless hap.

Currently sorting out paperwork with the LA.

They have asked for, and I quote “can you send RPZ for the property”

What does this mean? I’ve sent an email reply but won’t get answer until tomorrow, hopefully.

Yes the property is in a RPZ, first letting since I purchased from the original owner and no previous tenancies listed or registered.

Any ideas?
Has anyone had this request before?
 
Possibly they are looking for evidence that the rent you are charging them is within the RPZ limits. It would be a bit cheeky to ask this question after they have moved in.

It’s the RPZ calculator they want a print out from the site.

Not sure what that achieves as I just put in the rent as agreed on 2nd December and it says no rent increase due until I put the date of 2nd December 2023 in.

Anyway, I printed and sent that in.

I’ll update the thread.
