Halfprice/liqudation tile sales

Morning all,
Anyone aware of any halfprice sales on tiles for kitchens and bathrooms in the Dublin area?
I've already been to Nationwide tiles, BTW, and Rightprice tiles and we are working to a very tight budget with an oldish house that needs a lot of work and TLC, and trying to cover as much ground (pardon the pun) as possible with the few bob.

Tubs and tiles hav bout 30% sale on at the moment. http://www.tubstiles.ie/. Had a look at some stuff but particular tiles where not part of sale. Based in bluebell and other locations

rightpricetiles always have permanent sale on.
 
Vogue in Coolmine Industrial estate had a sale on of up to 90% off. Haven't gone in, just seen it advertised. You could call to see if it is still om & hwat it applies to
