Halfprice/liqudation tile sales

Morning all,
Anyone aware of any halfprice sales on tiles for kitchens and bathrooms in the Dublin area?
I've already been to Nationwide tiles, BTW, and Rightprice tiles and we are working to a very tight budget with an oldish house that needs a lot of work and TLC, and trying to cover as much ground (pardon the pun) as possible with the few bob.
