Guidance for someone in the SPSPS

Hi, I'm just looking for some general guidance on pensions as have been burying my head in the sand until now. Basically 46, member of SPSPS since 2015, no other pension. had been focused on mortgage but now thankfully ok there and really need to sort pension.Wondering would I be better off trying to do this through a PRSA rather than AVCs into SPSPS.

What are the terms and conditions, and, in particular, the charges, on each option?

i think it has to be a PRSA AVC if you go outside the usual suspects. corn market, etc
