Has anyone out there had any experience of purchasing property under guaranteed rental in the south of France? How guaranteed is the guarantee?What are the costs of purchasing such property under these schemes, after handing over the property to the rental company does that then mean no other involvment financially or otherwise, for the absentee owner during the term of the rental agreement?
