A few weeks ago I had a repair by Indesit on my frezer. I paid the fee due and received an invoice which stated that "the whole of the appliance on which the repair was undertaken is guaranteed for 14 days from the date of the repair".To make a long story short I have now had four different technicans out but the freezer is still not working. They are now saying that they are unable to repair it. They have suggested refunding part of the fee I paid. I am wondering about the clause above and whether I have any right to insist on repair or replacement.
