How do revenue treat ground rents as there are over 3 million properties in Ireland with ground rents notwithstanding the fact that most of the residential ground rents are never paid ?
I presume they are not taxed as they are rarely paid but it is still relatively uneconomic to buyout ground rents if you have to go to arbitration with prai.
