Thinking of buying a 3 bed townhouse here when the next phase is launched, does anyone know this estate, have any good / bad comments about it, also wondering how far away from the train station it is?
Its about a 20-25 minute walk to station when you get out of the estate, the houses seem to be of a high quality, but they are very small, we didn't get one cos were put off by this.
I've just put a holding deposit on a 3 bed town house in Griffin Rath Manor/Hall. Think they're only selling them to people on a waiting list. they're priced at 360k and are 1250 odd sq. ft. which is pretty big for a 3 bed town house
