With the recent Redress my LTV will be <50% so I should qualify for the 2.75% rate with an up to date valuation. However AIB are offering a green fixed rate for 5yrs of 2.5% with a BER cert of at least B3. Has anyone went for this. I’d rather play safe and not pay for BER cert if I don’t qualify for B3 at least and spent the money on a valuation for now. Has anyone any thoughts?
