things are going mad. In process of selling or considering selling a property I am living in at the moment but which is now too small due to expanding family!. I got an offer of less than it cost me to buy a one bed I had bought in 2000. Im sorry , but that is ridiculous. I think demand has stalled due to the numerous macroeconomic and bad stweardship decisions by government(and banks and developers of course) but when these factors rectify in however long it takes, the real demand will show itself. Those people who are now saving their deposit for the suddenly rigorous requirements by banks , those people who have money in deposit but who are biding their time. Some of the prospectous buyers out there now are chancers . I will wait , bide by time, hold on to what I know is a good investment in the long term and wait till the turn of the wheel
