Getting tax back with P45 when leaving the country

Hello,

I left Ireland in October 2010 to England, and i don't know how to claim my taxes back.
I have got my P45 and i read that i need to fill a P50, but P50 appears to be for unemployment.
I have a job in the UK.
Every year i can claim tax back by using a p12 so should i wait the end of 2010 to claim my taxes from January to October 2010.

you can use P50--- it has a bit where you disclose you are going abroad
