I was 66 in late Nov 2018 and am still paying PRSI via my PAYE in 2019.
How can I reclaim the PRSI paid for DEC 2018.

I made a prepayment of tax for 2018 via ROS, how do I enter that on the F11.
It has a box for it in the IT assessment page in Column A & B.
