Getting maintenance ex lives in uk

Hi looking for some advice please am at rock bottom, long story short ex husband left me snd 2 girls 6 years ago and moved to uk left me with both girls and the mortgage had been paying maintenance but has stopped had started mediation for divorce now won’t engage has court access agreement but does not adhere to it . As he is living in uk how do I get a maintenance order enforced cannot afford to pay solicitor

Was in the process of mediation to divorce but he now will not respond to mediator or me only legal thing is access order which he does not turn up to
