Get your own picture printed on a big canvas

I have seen a TV ad recently from a company who take whatever digital picture you have and prints it on a big canvas, so if you are good with photoshop etc. you could do some nice pieces of art for you home.

Anyone seen this as well or knows which companies are doing this? Dublin based would be ideal.
 
Sorry - I should have been more specific: I am looking for being printed on a canvas like you would have when you paint your won picture, with wooden frame and textile.
And in sizes of up to 2 two 3m diagonale.

Has anyone used these guys at all ? Wondering would the "end" product be liable for VAT/Duty on arrival here ? (considering it's ones photo/art literally being printed)

I have used Reads for large format printing before (onto paper) and I found that the ink faded within months...

Both the above come recommeded by friends of mine, and I think they use a Kodak ink process which is supposed to be very reliable. Foto.com is cheaper, but photobox.ie is supposed to be better quality.
 
AFAIK, as long as the value of the goods in below €100, then you're not liable for VAT.

I thought the liability was anything above Eur 22 (?)

The reason why I wonder if VAT/Duty is payable is because it's really a printing service for one photos/art.
 
I've checked and the duty rate and it is rated 0%.

The VAT though ? I guess it's payable plus the mandatory 5 euro (or more) customs clearance charge.
 
I have had 2 digital pictures 'canvased' by updone.com. The service was very quick, less than 1 week from order to delivery in both cases. Finished canvas is shipped via UPS (therefore trackable) from China, probably why the cost is so low.

The cost was approx. 40 EURO for each 20 inch * 14 inch ready assembled canvas print. I was very happy with the quality. There was no import duty or other charges to pay - at least I was never asked for anything else. Even if you had to pay import tax or duty the price is still very competitive, without it it's a steal...
