If a person has a Bank of Ireland mortgage and they got cashback at drawdown, and they move house and take out their new mortgage with Bank of Ireland, are they entitled to cashback again?

I can't see anything in BOI's cashback Ts&Cs that says that they can't get cashback again:

But does anybody have personal experience that answers the question one way or the other?

What about the equivalent PTSB->PTSB, EBS->EBS or Haven->Haven situation? Has anyone here gone one of these routes?

EBS's Ts&Cs say:
The offer is not available if
  • You are already a customer who has a top-up or transfer of title mortgage loan
What is a "transfer of title" mortgage loan?

What is a "transfer of title" mortgage loan?
When a mortgage is sold to another lender/loan servicer?
Or when, say, a couple split and the mortgage (and deeds?) are changed from two names to one?

Absolutely, they get it.

It's a new mortgage. They could just as easily borrow from AIB or Avant, so BoI is trying to attract them.
