Family have 1 acre zoned residential - no hope of selling it in this market. Hope to sell in 5 - 10 years when things improve. In the meantime we are looking for ideas for what to do with it. One suggestion is to plant trees that can be sold as mature trees within this time frame. We do not want to rent it out. As none of us live in the area anymore we can't do anything that involves animals or that requires much maintenance. Any ideas much appreciated. Thanks.
