Does anyone know if Garda ANPR is used to automatically issue fines for driving with no tax or driving a car that is declared off the road? Or does it just flag the car and the gardai still have to follow and stop the person?
Just wondering as I have seen quite a few cars with out of date tax discs around and at the same time hear a lot of talk about ANPR flagging this.
