AIB Further capital reduction on warehoused mortgage balance?

Hi, apologies if this has been covered in another thread but I noticed a further reduction on the warehoused amount of our split mortgage on Monday, classed as 'Lender Reduction' - anyone else get this...more importantly, what is it???

I know we won't get the breakdown figures for how the Capital Reductions applied last month were arrived at until we get the refund cheque (whenever that will be!).
