Front/Back Garden, Shed and Walls

Looking to get some more recommendations! Our back garden desperately needs a makeover and we need some work done on the front garden too including replacing the fence with a wall. We also have a block shed which we want to use as a utility room, it needs to be cleaned out and drylined along with the roof replaced.

I'm not sure if i should be looking for gardeners or builders or both. What do you guys recommend? I am based in a terraced house in Crumlin.
