Free Travel Insurance with Aviva. Need help because nobody in Aviva knows.

I have both my car and home insured through Aviva. As a result I have availed of the free travel insurance that came with having both insured with them.

I needed to update this insurance but could not find any information about in on their website. I rang them.

Spoke to a customer service representative who hadn't a clue what I was talking about. Just kept asking me for my policy number. I asked her if she wanted my car, home or expiring travel insurance policy details. She asked for my car insurance details. I was transferred to the car insurance section.
The person that answered the phone hadn't a clue but said that he would check it with the travel insurance department. After an age he came back to me with no information and said that he would transfer me to the Travel Insurance department.

I was put on hold for ........20 minutes........and nobody came to the phone.

Terrible service.

Does anyone know if this free Travel Insurance is still available to us that have two policies with them?

I'm pretty sure that offer ended this year, I had availed of it also in the past.

Yeah I noticed at last renewals that it had disappeared
But had reappeared on level health when I swapped over to them from Laya in June
So think it's only available when you sign up to their health insurance, which also gives you discounts on their motor & home insurance
