I have just done a quick fly-past over the Civil Liability and Litigation sections of the McMahon Legal Blog site.
What I see is impressive in that it covers all the general principles that you would need to know about.
It strikes me as being written in a very accessible way which is devoid of legal mumbo-jumbo.
I would imagine that anyone who had a basic need to be informed on legal issues generally would find this site helpful.
I expect that a lot of work went in to preparing the blog.
However, as the authors themselves say quite correctly, it is not intended to be a source of legal advice.
When it comes to particular legal problems that is always a matter for specific advice from a solicitor as every case will have it's own wrinkles and peculiarities.
