I'm surprised that the gardai were completely cleared of all charges. What do others think?

A jury heard the trial and gave an aquittal. I'm not going to second guess them. We don't as a rule second guess juries who heard all the evidence, weighed it up, and made a decision. The Gardai are innocent. Altho i understand a disciplinary hearing is still under way? Is this correct?
